Affogato al caffe', buonissimo con gelato alla vaniglia ed ovviamente caffe' espresso.

Chinese Restaurant in South Korea - Ristorante cinese in Corea del sud

Il ristorante cinese in Corea, non e' un vero e proprio ristorante cinese. Sono gestiti dalla maggior parte da Coreani e il menu' non e' altro che una fusione tra cina e corea.

E' molto diffuso ed in parecchie parti della citta' potete trovarli facilmente.

Il costo solitamente e' molto economico, di una pietanza si spende circa (in media) 6.000 won (circa 4,30 euro).

La pietanza piu' conosciuta ed aprezzata, che potete trovare in questi ristoranti sono i Jajangmyeon (자장면).

 {e per chi non sapesse cosa sono,  è un piatto di tagliatelle conditi con una salsa densa a base di chunjang (una salata pasta nera di soia), carne di maiale tagliato a dadini e verdure, e talvolta anche i frutti di mare.}

Io di solito in questi ristoranti magio il bokkeumbab 볶음밥, e' riso saltato in padella con soffritto ed accompagnato dalla salsa nera di soia.

It 's very popular and in several parts of the city' you can find them. 

The cost usually is very cheap, you can spend about a dish (on average) 6,000 won (about 4.30 euro). 

The dish most well known and appreciated, which you can find at these restaurants are Jajangmyeon (자장면). 

  {and for those who do not know what they are, is a dish of noodles topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a salty black soybean paste), diced pork and vegetables, and sometimes also seafood.} 

I usually eat in these restaurants bokkeumbab 볶음밥, is pan-fried rice with fried and accompanied by black bean sauce.
